Longwools, are Silver Grey through to Dark Bitter Chocolate. We produce
everything locally from raw fleece (handclipped) to washed locks, TOPS in
four natural shades, roving and luxury worsted spun yarn (at Diamond Fibres
Spinning Mill, 4 miles away). We dont know of any other enterprise producing
these shades in 100% pure Wensleydale. We have Open Days, run a few courses
under the Lottery Funded Sheep to Shawl Project and share much with Vauxhall
City Farm in London. We work to organic principles as far as possible and

There may be the odd spot of coloured marking spray on the Torddu, but these can be picked or washed out and any soiled parts are removed (if we miss a bit, just fling it on your compost heap).
